Order Policies

All installed unit orders are considered special orders and are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed.

Delivery and Installation Timeline

After placing an order with Wise Metal Buildings, the average delivery and installation timeframe is three to eight weeks. This is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed due to variables like crew availability, transportation logistics, weather conditions, scheduling, inventory, and other unforeseen circumstances. These factors are common in the industry. We strive to ensure your order is completed as promptly as possible.

Down Payment and Refund Policy

Customers are required to place a non-refundable down payment of 10% to 18% when ordering. We strongly encourage researching local building codes, permits, and site preparation requirements prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected issues.

Customer Responsibilities

• It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with Wise Metal Buildings to schedule delivery and installation.

• Customers must resolve any installation, delivery, or warranty issues directly with Wise Metal Buildings.

• Wise Metal Buildings is not responsible for installation timelines, manufacturer warranties, or unforeseen issues once the order is placed.

• We will assist in resolving any concerns in good faith, provided all parties make reasonable efforts.

Dealer Responsibilities

As a dealer, Wise Metal Buildings is responsible for facilitating the order but does not handle installation or delivery. The down payment is non-refundable, and cancellations will not result in a refund unless explicitly approved by senior management.
